Application Developer Intern – Strategy & Transformation 2027

The Application Developer Intern will support cross-functional teams, document technical specifications, develop scalable reusable code, and gain exposure to full-stack cloud-native development across the product delivery life cycle.

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Currently pursuing a university degree with a track record of academic success (Preferred Majors: MIS, CS, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, User Experience Design, and Web development)
• Exposure to SQL/PLSQL, cloud basics, integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs), data migration tools (FBDI, HDL), reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
• Exposure to tools like Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI assistants to research, write, analyze, and improve productivity, while applying critical thinking and validation
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge or interested in database development, as well as curiosity about a wide range of cloud platforms, web markup languages, deploying. applications with container technology, and generative AI
• Exposure to web services, API, and multiple Java application frameworks is highly desired
• Knowledge or interest in best practices around design patterns, performance tuning, automated and unit testing
