Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving problems? We are looking for an AR Cash and Credit Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate customer accounts, applying customer payments, evaluating credit risk, and supporting business growth through sound credit decisions.

As an AR Cash and Credit Analyst, you will:
- Process and reconcile customer payments using automated cash application and auto-matching tools.
- Research unapplied and open payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate application of cash receipts.
- Establish and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all documentation and system information is complete and accurate.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of new and existing customers through financial analysis, payment history review, and available credit resources.
- Recommend and maintain customer credit limits in accordance with company policies and risk management guidelines.
- Respond to credit-related inquiries from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor customer accounts for changes in credit risk and recommend adjustments when appropriate.
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve account issues and support business objectives.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and other Accounts Receivable and credit-related activities.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with credit bureau information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial statements, budgets, financial disclosures, and their impact on risk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Working knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne (E1) or a comparable ERP system.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
