Armed Security Officer Responsibilities:

·       Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal or inappropriate actions.

·       Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

·       Perform security patrols on foot or by vehicle across designated areas.

·       Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents and critical situations.

·       Represent Metro One and our clients with integrity and strong interpersonal skills.

 Qualifications and Requirements:

·       Must be a current or retired Law Enforcement Officer with a minimum 10 years' experience

·       Must have or be willing to obtain AZ Armed Guard Card

·       Must have or be willing to obtain LEOSA Card

·       Must have or be willing to obtain CCW Permit 

·       Must have or be willing to obtain personal firearm

·       Flexible schedule required; weekend availability for events is essential

·       Must have valid, up-to-date identification for I-9 form upon completion

·       Ability to stand and maintain a post for 8 hours or longer

·       Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
