Artificial Intelligence Intern

PRGX is a global provider of source-to-pay data analytics, software, and tech-enabled profit recovery services. The Artificial Intelligence Intern will apply machine learning and statistical modeling to large datasets, build end-to-end machine learning pipelines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical models to large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop data-driven solutions
• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Communicate complex data insights and findings to non-technical stakeholders through visualizations and presentations
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• English
• Current Master of Science of PhD student in relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science
• Academic/industry experience of applying NLP, Ai techniques to solve complex data problems
• Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques
• Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with large unstructured data
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time, manual dexterity for typing, writing, or using office equipment, visual acuity for reading screens and documents, ability to lift or carry light items such as laptops, and speech and hearing ability for calls, virtual meetings, and in-person communication
• Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques preferred
