Asc Business Development Mgr - Intern/Co-op Conversion 2027

Duke Energy Corporation is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to support wholesale and renewable business transactions. The role focuses on executing transactions in one jurisdiction, developing business development skills, and supporting capacity, energy, renewable, generation asset, service delivery point asset, and tariff-related activities.

What you'll do:

• Employees at this level execute wholesale and/or renewable business transactions mostly in one jurisdiction with close supervision in any of the following business areas: capacity and/or energy transactions related to the wholesale market, Qualifying Facilities or Renewables, generation assets, electric service delivery point assets or Company Tariffs
• Incumbents are expected to develop skillsand the ability to work with independently
• They have a working knowledge of wholesale/renewable business development protocol
