Asset-Backed Finance Analyst

EverBank is hiring an Asset-Backed Finance Analyst to analyze and manage asset-backed financing transactions, including evaluating receivables, collateral performance, and transaction structures. The role supports portfolio management, underwriting, and credit decisions through financial analysis, market research, credit surveillance, and portfolio risk monitoring.

What you'll do:

• Conducts detailed financial analysis of asset-backed securities and evaluates performance metrics
• Prepares complex financial models to assess risk and return profiles of asset-backed transactions
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to structure asset-backed financing solutions that meet client objectives
• Prepares comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients, summarizing financial findings and market insights
• Monitors and analyzes trends in the asset-backed financing market to identify potential opportunities and risks
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to asset-backed transactions
• Assists in the due diligence process by reviewing documentation and assessing the creditworthiness of underlying assets
• This Asset-Backed Finance Analyst role is responsible for monitoring and managing a portfolio of asset-backed financing transactions by analyzing collateral performance, assessing portfolio risk, monitoring covenant compliance, and conducting ongoing credit surveillance. This role works closely with Underwriting, Credit, and Risk partners to identify emerging trends and risks, helps drive informed credit and investment decisions, and supports portfolio optimization to help clients achieve their strategic objectives

• 1 year of experience, or internship experience, within a banking or financial institution
• Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, modeling, reporting, and data presentation
