Assistant Account Executive

Overview

The Assistant Account Executive (AE) will fully support the Sales Team in all daily activities. Coordinating projects and communicating with the accounts. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to excel and grow within a sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with account Buyer & Assistant Buyers

• Pull weekly sales information
• Assist Sales Team with market preparation and appointments

• Set up line sheets for market
• Assist Sales Team with post-market follow-up & account communications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase order and shipping log

• Send all ecomm images and copy to all accounts

• Work with Customer Service Team on order discrepancies & issues

• Update weekly status reports
• Track all marketing & MD funding requests from accounts
• Seasonal competitive shopping analysis

• Day to day communication with accounts

• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• Detailed oriented

• Strong follow up and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent people skills & collaborative team player (merchandising, pd, marketing)

Customer Focus

• Sense of urgency and ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment

• Highly motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently.

• Able to multi-task and problem solve

• Strong computer skills (Excel. PowerPoint)

• Preferably 1-3 yrs. experience in the fashion industry and familiar with wholesale sales

• College degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

USD $57,200.00 - USD $104,000.00 /Yr.
