Assistant Coach - Men's Lacrosse

We are training the next generation of Christian leaders to take the cross to more job sites, churches, industries, and nations than ever before. This position is responsible for supporting all phases of the Lacrosse program as assigned by the Head Coach.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of quality student/athletes
• Organizes and directs practice and game activities
• Game preparation and strategy
• Scheduling
• Organizing camps and clinics
• Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10 years of verifiable coaching experience

Required Skills

• Experience in demonstrating strong coaching skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Act as a mentor and role model to youth
• Ability to keep accurate records and stats
• IT skills: PC/laptop, Word, Excel, email
