What You'll Bring
- In-depth insurance, sales, and customer service leadership experience, including PA insurance regulations and licensing requirements.
- A current, valid PA Property & Casualty license.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented and comfortable working with metrics.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A balanced approach to accountability and team support.
