Alabama Roll and Rise is hiring energetic and reliable Team Members to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide excellent service to our customers, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist GM in Scheduling, Inventory, Ordering, Team building and Training. Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude and ensure a great guest experience
• Able to lead Team Members in Customer Service, Food Safety and Uphold Standards
• Assist GM in Scheduling, Inventory, Team Building and Overall Operations. 
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen and dining room

      Work closely with General Manager and assist with other tasks as needed

• Able to open or close store shifts

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus but not required. 
• Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and work well under pressure.
• Availability: Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attributes: Positive attitude, reliable, and team-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality service.
• Serve Safe Certified – Upholding state and local standards for food safety for our team members and guest
