Responsibilities
Operations & Revenue Management
- Oversee daily post-audit operations, including provider collections, daily letter generation, invoicing, reporting, and inventory management.
- Ensure outbound collection calls, demand letters, and post-audit activities are completed within established service level agreements.
- Monitor and achieve client savings and internal revenue goals.
- Coordinate the timely submission of revenue and findings files and ensure accurate monthly invoicing.
- Analyze operational metrics and resolve issues that may impact revenue or client savings.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and support Post Audit Coordinators to ensure productivity and quality expectations are consistently met.
- Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and development opportunities for team members.
- Manage staffing, attendance, workload distribution, and timesheet approvals.
- Address escalated customer and provider issues while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational challenges, process gaps, and performance barriers, and implement corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including IT, Implementations, and Workflow teams, to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
Compliance
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, information security standards, healthcare regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and patient information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5–8 years of operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience.
- Working knowledge of revenue cycle management, accounting, reconciliation, invoicing, and collections.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises Post Audit Coordinators.
- Provides leadership, coaching, performance management, and employee development to ensure team success and operational excellence.
