Assistant Product Manager, Fashion/Hair Accessory Category

Kiss Beauty Group is a company focused on fashion products, and they are seeking an Assistant Product Manager to support the Product Manager in the product development process across the Fashion category. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage timelines and documentation, ensuring successful product launches aligned with brand objectives.

What you'll do:

• Support the Product Manager in executing the end-to-end product development process from concept through launch
• Track product development timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
• Maintain organized and accurate product documentation throughout the development lifecycle
• Assist with trend research across fashion, accessories, materials, and color
• Support competitive product analysis and benchmarking
• Help gather consumer and market insights to inform product direction
• Act as a liaison between Product, Design, Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Support cross-functional alignment by organizing information, updates, and action items
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to key stakeholders
• Manage daily communication with factories regarding product development status, samples, materials, and production-related issues
• Coordinate ongoing updates with factories to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and changes
• Track and follow up on factory deliverables, confirmations, and approvals to support smooth development and production execution

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and follow-through
