Associate Accounting

Kautex is a global Tier One automotive supplier that designs and manufactures plastic fuel systems, battery enclosures, industrial packaging, and cast camshafts. The Associate Accounting role processes billings, accounts payable and receivable, fixed asset accounting, financial reconciliations, payroll duties, and period-end closing and consolidation activities while ensuring policy compliance.

What you'll do:

• Process billings for Kautex Inc
• Processing and investigating A/P and A/R including bad debts
• Set up manual invoices (tools, development services, protoyptes, etc.) as needed
• Perform fixed asset accounting for Kautex, Inc
• Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
• Assist in the monthly consolidations for Kautex, Inc
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts
• Select payroll processing duties
• Ensure compliance with Textron and Kautex policies and procedures

What they're looking for:

• BS degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Business
• SAP R/3 experience is essential; we'll be transitioning to SAP Hana
• Microsoft Office fluency - especially Excel
• Experience with Hyperion financial reporting
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in accounting or finance role
• Preferably in manufacturing industry
