Associate AI Engineer (Conversion)

CVS Health is hiring an Associate AI Engineer to support AI-enabled solutions, automation frameworks, and process optimization across its Technology and Cybersecurity organizations. The role partners with engineering and business stakeholders to build and sustain AI workflows, integrations, analytics, and other scalable technology solutions.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions
• Support the implementation of agentic AI, machine learning, and intelligent process automation use cases
• Build and maintain data integrations, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration solutions
• Partner with process engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics to support operational decision making
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of emerging AI technologies and platforms
• Create technical documentation, process documentation, and support materials
• Participate in solution architecture reviews, testing activities, and production deployments
• Support governance, risk, compliance, and security requirements associated with AI implementations
• Collaborate across technology organizations to identify and implement opportunities for automation and operational excellence

What they're looking for:

• Must have successfully completed corporate internship program
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs
