Associate Business Analyst

Odessa is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, entry-level Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves working alongside experienced professionals to help customers implement and optimize the Odessa Platform by gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting customer success throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Gather and document business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders
• Analyze business processes and help translate customer needs into software solutions
• Assist with software configuration activities to support customer implementations
• Support testing efforts, including creating and executing test cases
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and training sessions
• Help answer customer functional questions and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with global team members during design, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Maintain project documentation and track tasks using project management tools

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and draw logical conclusions
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
• Eagerness to learn new tools and concepts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Candidates who are local to the Philadelphia area and can collaborate in our office 2 to 3 days per week
