About this role
ITS Logistics is a third-party logistics company providing supply chain solutions. The company is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, support cross-departmental decision-making, and serve as a key data resource within the Assets department. The role focuses on analyzing datasets, developing dashboards and reports, collaborating with stakeholders, and communicating data-driven recommendations.
What you'll do:
- Proactively analyze datasets to answer key business questions and identify trends that drive performance, productivity, and efficiency across the organization
- Investigate and communicate areas where operational improvements can be made, backed by data-driven insights
- Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports by interpreting data from multiple sources
- Support stakeholders by delivering concise, accurate, and visually compelling reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
- Collaborate directly with business users and department managers to gather requirements, understand objectives, and ensure data solutions meet user needs
- Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical processes to ensure repeatability and clarity
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or relevant experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a data analytics, reporting, or similar role
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and SQL a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and work both independently and in team environments
