Associate Data Insights Consultant

## What will your day look like? As our new Associate Data Insights Consultant, you will join our growing Business Insights team. Here, you will apply your emerging data skills and business curiosity to help our clients make data-driven decisions that improve their digital communication. Working alongside senior team members, you will assist in designing data solutions and data integrations for various campaign platforms. More specifically, your tasks will include: - Assisting in the design of value-adding insight solutions, leveraging data to optimize communication strategies. - Helping interpret business requests and clarifying data requirements. - Supporting data modeling and project scoping under the guidance of senior consultants. - Providing answers and insights to business-related questions via automated reporting solutions and ad-hoc data analyses. - Collaborating with cross-functional team members, including Account Managers, Architects, Developers, Data Scientists, and Marketing Operations experts. - Promoting a data-driven mindset in digital marketing context. ## What do you bring to the table? As a person, you are outgoing, curious, and excited to work on interdisciplinary projects. You are eager to learn, adaptable, and quick to grasp digital marketing concepts and technologies. You enjoy working in teams and are keen to grow your client-facing communication skills under the mentorship of senior colleagues. In addition you have: - 0–2 years of experience (or a relevant educational background/internships) in data, BI, analytics, or reporting solutions. - Foundational hands-on experience or coursework in SQL, databases, and reporting techniques. - Basic experience building reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools. - Familiarity with database and data model design for analytics is a plus. - Exposure to Google Analytics / Google Insights is an advantage. - Good communication skills in English.
