Basic Qualifications

• Be a Sponsored MBA Lilly Employee
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program
• Expected graduation by August 2027
• Language fluency in English, both written and verbal

Additional Skills/Preferences

• 3 to 7 years of professional work experience prior to business school, ideally including corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, accounting, healthcare or biotech
• Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative thinker
• Demonstrated leadership
• Strong learning agility, including the ability to create and implement new ideas
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Strong analytic capability, including financial modeling and comfort with large data sets
