Associate Financial Analyst

Care Lync is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to guide financial decisions through analysis of financial data, budgets, and program performance. The role supports budgeting, resource allocation, financial strategy, investment evaluation, reporting, and forecasting.

What you'll do:

• Help guide sound financial decisions by analyzing financial data, budgets, and program performance
• Examine financial data, economic trends, and organizational performance to provide guidance on budgeting, resource allocation, and overall financial strategy
• Evaluating the return on investment and financial impact of new programs, expansion opportunities, and business initiatives
• Writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making
• Build models to forecast future financial performance, support budgeting, and assess new opportunities

What they're looking for:

• Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes
• Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration
• Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role
