Associate Intern

IMP is a consulting firm seeking candidates for a paid internship starting in December 2024. The role involves learning about investment management and compliance while assisting with various project tasks.

What you'll do:

• Learning IMP’s proprietary CLEAR Compliance® system
• Assisting with project tracking
• Writing and testing basic compliance rules
• Assisting other employees with general project tasks

What they're looking for:

• Interest in investment management, compliance, and business analysis
• Solid written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be able to pass an IMP-administered logic test
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work during normal business hours on a set weekly schedule
• Ability to work from home - Hybrid
• Currently enrolled 4th year students in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Honorably discharged military veterans
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases is a plus
• Being able to commute to our Boston office is a plus
