About this role

KEEN is a company focused on bringing innovative products to market, and they are seeking an Associate Product Line Manager II for their HybridLife & Kids line. This role involves assisting the product team in bringing assigned product lines to market while coordinating with various departments to maintain product line information and identify opportunities for growth.

What you'll do:

  • Prepares and maintains on-going product database including but not limited to financial performance, product performance, SKU data, key account information, retail and tradeshow feedback, market placement and brand strength, and consumer trends
  • Conducts research and preparing reports and briefings that help identify product opportunities that will drive the achievement of category objectives and key results
  • Solicits information from cross functional departments to complete research requests
  • Collaborates with sales, service operations and creative teams in a matrixed environment to provide category product information and support
  • Helps complete product and assortment plans and create product presentations for cross functional and milestone meetings
  • Serves as the point of contact for consumer services requests and product line activities such as sample shipping process, scheduling meetings, and providing general product information. Escalates issues as needed

What they're looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field required
  • One (1) year of experience in product, retail, or accessories
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
  • Working knowledge of footwear product and assortment planning preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency preferred
  • General understanding of the footwear industry and consumer trends preferred
