About this role
ASUS is hiring an Associate Product Manager for its OPBG department. The role supports the Product Manager in managing the product life cycle through order management, shipment tracking, market analysis, go-to-market planning, forecasting, sales enablement, and customer feedback analysis.
What you'll do:
- Order Management: Place weekly product orders through the internal e-commerce system and Oracle ERP
- Shipment Tracking: Closely monitor shipments to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Market Analysis: Analyze and compare products, pricing, and channels across the market
- Go-to-Market Planning: Prepare go-to-market plans for new products and ensure messaging resonates with customers
- Reporting and Forecasting: Conduct weekly analysis and forecasting, and prepare weekly reports and presentations
- Sales Enablement: Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective sales tools, collateral, and training programs
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve product features, functionality, and user experience
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform other duties as assigned
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting, preferably at a technology company
- Experience creating reports using Excel and AI tools
- Strong ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Sound judgment, with the ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions
- Able to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups at all levels of an organization
- Comfortable working independently and as part of cross-functional teams and committees
- Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages
- Ability to understand and respond effectively to a diverse population
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented environment that requires a high degree of flexibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
