Associate Product Manager

AwardSpring is an established SaaS company that partners with colleges, universities, and foundations to award scholarships and manage donors. The Associate Product Manager will ship well-scoped product work end-to-end using agentic tooling, learn the codebase and workflows, engage with customers, and challenge weak specifications.

What you'll do:

• Ship well-scoped product work end-to-end with agentic tooling and senior review
• Learn the codebase and our agent workflows fast
• Get in front of customers early
• Push on specs that don't hold up

What they're looking for:

• • 0–2 years in
• • You've shipped something real with AI tooling, a side project or an internal tool, not just documented it
• • Genuinely curious about customers and product
• • Hungry to build
• Hybrid, based in our West Loop / Fulton Market office in Chicago, roughly three days a week
