Associate Product Manager

Edovate Learning Corp. is an education company focused on personal, flexible, and inspiring learning experiences. The Associate Product Manager will help improve education technology products by gathering user feedback, conducting research, analyzing customer needs, and supporting product requirements and documentation.

What you'll do:

• Gather feedback from students, parents, teachers, administrators, and customer support
• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities for product improvements
• Assist in defining product requirements and documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
• Other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, education, or a related field.?
• • 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, Education Technology, or a related field
• • Strong written and verbal communication skills
• • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• • Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based recommendations
• • Strong attention to detail
• • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.?
