Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time. Figma is seeking user-driven and deeply technical Associate Product Managers for its rotation program. In this role, you will help connect AI, design-to-code, and design systems workflows across Figma's products, enabling users to move from idea to production faster. You will liaise between design and engineering to solve complex user experience flows while ensuring they work with the underlying engineering architecture. The role offers exposure to the product development process and multiple product areas. This is a full-time role based in Figma's San Francisco hub with hybrid flexibility. Applications must be submitted by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT. ## What you'll do - Drive forward tightly scoped, advanced features across Figma products. - Collaborate with fellow product managers to advance larger streams and define the multi-year vision for interconnected product areas. - Work with customers ranging from large companies such as Microsoft to solo designers to meet users' needs at any scale. - Partner with engineering to build scalable, performant systems that support future needs. - Work with designers to present complex user flows in a simple, understandable format. - Participate in planning and prioritization, track key metrics, and collaborate on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans. ## Some projects you could work on - Design system features that improve adoption and consistency at scale. - AI-powered workflows that streamline design processes and enhance creative capabilities. - Features that allow designers and developers to build custom plugins and tools. - New ways for teams to collaborate as they define, design, and build. ## We'd love to hear from you if you have - Comfort working on technically complex problems and experience with user-facing product launches. - A knack for visual design and/or design workflows. - Excitement about shaping how design evolves in an AI-powered world. - Experience with design systems, AI applications in design, or design-to-code tools. - A love for designers and building relationships with key customers, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal teams and external high-profile clients.Figma encourages candidates to apply even if their past experience does not align perfectly with every point in the job description. ## Compensation and benefits Annual base salary range: $140,000–$140,000 USD. Figma offers equity and benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits with company contributions; parental leave and reproductive or family planning support; mental health and wellness benefits; and paid time off. Other benefits may include company recharge days, cell phone and home internet reimbursements, and lifestyle spending accounts. Eligible non-sales roles may receive an annual bonus.
