Associate Product Manager

Glen Raven is hiring an entry-level Associate Product Manager to support product management, product development, and technical services activities. The role coordinates product launches, project timelines, product testing, and documentation while providing exposure to commercialization and manufacturing processes.

What you'll do:

• Support product launches, product revisions, and commercialization activities
• Maintain product specifications, technical documentation, and system accuracy
• Coordinate product setup and change management processes
• Manage timelines, milestones, and action items for ongoing product development projects
• Coordinate communication among Product Management, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing teams
• Track project progress and identify risks, delays, or resource needs
• Prepare project updates and status reports for leadership reviews
• Coordinate wash fastness and product performance testing programs
• Manage sample submissions, testing schedules, and testing records
• Organize, communicate, and maintain test results and supporting documentation
• Coordinate and manage testing activities with external laboratories
• Compare / analyze data from trials / testing and be able to put into a summary

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, Product Development, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field
• 0-3 years of professional experience in manufacturing, product development, engineering, quality, or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
