Laborie is focused on making a positive impact on the lives of patients across the globe. As an Associate Product Manager, you will drive operational excellence for the Optilume Product Marketing team, focusing on execution, streamlining processes, and supporting product marketing efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Own day-to-day marketing execution, including campaigns, assets, approvals, and timelines
  • Increase speed, consistency, and quality while reducing PM administrative burden
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership
  • Act as an “Associate PM” to drive execution and accountability
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and vendors
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of global tradeshows
  • Standardize playbooks, timelines, and vendor management
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution
  • Coordinate Medical Advisory Boards and HCP engagements
  • Support contracting, compliance, and logistics
  • Ensure seamless stakeholder experience

What they're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing materials and internal presentations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant materials aligned with regulatory and quality standards
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support field activities, meetings, and conferences
  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus
