About this role
Maypro is a global provider of science-backed nutraceutical ingredients and innovative nutritional solutions dedicated to enhancing health and well-being. The Associate Product Manager supports product planning and execution across the product lifecycle, including market research, requirements gathering, product performance tracking, pricing and positioning support, documentation, and new product launches. The role works closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to ensure products meet customer needs, comply with industry standards, and align with company quality and innovation goals.
What you'll do:
- This role supports product planning and execution across the product lifecycle, including market research, requirements gathering, and coordination with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory
- Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking product performance, assisting with pricing and positioning, maintaining product documentation, and supporting new product launches
- The Associate Product Manager collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure products meet customer needs, comply with industry standards, and align with Maypro’s quality and innovation goals
- The role also involves monitoring competitive activity, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- Product management and business skills, including experience with product lifecycle support, market analysis, and basic project coordination
- Analytical and research skills, such as data interpretation, competitive analysis, and problem-solving to support product decisions
- Communication and collaboration skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Organization and technical skills, including proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, product management software) and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Ability to work on-site in Purchase, NY (Westchester county), and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or related health and nutrition industries is preferred
