  • Coordinate with Sales and Operations to align **customer demand, build plans, material readiness, and shipment requirements**
  • Monitor key components through the entire lifecycle, from **forecast → sourcing → PO → supplier allocation → delivery → production → excess/aging inventory**
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) by coordinating component readiness, supplier qualification, pricing, and ramp-up requirements
  • Identify **excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and shortage risks** and work with cross-functional teams on mitigation plans
  • Prepare regular **inventory, supply, demand, and supplier performance reports** for management review
  • Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, PO, forecast, and inventory data
  • Support supplier business reviews and drive follow-up on **delivery, quality, allocation, pricing, and service issues**
  • Develop and maintain **SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools** to improve purchasing and product management processes

What they're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in **Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field**
  • **1–3 years** of experience in product management, purchasing, supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field
  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and translate findings into **clear business actions**
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across **Purchasing, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and suppliers**
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-growth technology environment** with changing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • New graduates with strong analytical and internship experience may also be considered
  • Strong **Excel/data analysis** skills; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
