About this role
Imprivata delivers unified access and security management solutions for healthcare and mission-critical organizations. The Associate Product Manager, Mobile Access supports product management for shared mobile device solutions by coordinating product development, releases, roadmap prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and customer success activities.
What you'll do:
- Support senior product managers and engineering teams in defining and delivering Mobile device features that enhance the customer and frontline worker experience
- Assist in maintaining the product roadmap by helping prioritize initiatives that align with business goals and user needs
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Services, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define, build, and launch product features
- Review product usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and help validate product recommendations
- Assist with prioritization of the product roadmap, backlog, and agentic development planning to align with strategic business goals and release schedules
- Collaborate with Engineering to refine epics, resolve delivery risks, and ensure successful execution through software development life cycle
- Leverage AI tools, including LLMs and coding assistants, to improve product management workflows, prototyping, and requirements development
- Draft customer communications including product notices, release announcements, and maintenance schedules
- Other duties as assigned and required
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1-3 years' experience as a product manager, focused on SaaS delivery models
- Knowledge of SaaS operations, including deployment, observability, automation, and incident management
- Proven experience in developing and managing products, with a solid focus on scalability, reliability, and security
- Understanding of Mobile devices (iOS, Android), Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, AirWatch, Jamf etc)
- Familiarity with LLMs and coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and how they can be applied to product management workflows
- Proven problem-solving and data-analytic skills with the ability to make data-driven conclusions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical contributors
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects
- Passionate about solving problems in innovative ways
- Detail-oriented but with the ability to think and act strategically
