Associate Product Manager - Painesville, OH

Avery Dennison is a global materials science and digital identification solutions company. The Associate Product Manager will support Marketing, Sales, and Business Development through product management, pricing, portfolio P&L support, commercial improvement projects, market analysis, and SFDC CPQ implementation management.

What you'll do:

• This is an on-site position located in Painesville, OH
• Conduct product management tasks such as cost modeling, pricing guideline management, rationalization, red spec management, customer notifications, and change management
• Assist with managing the P&L for select product portfolios and executing pricing strategies for assigned products to optimize growth and profitability
• Lead and manage commercial process improvement and growth projects while providing project management and leadership for cross-functional teams
• Provide market, competitive, and tactical information to support product, program, and service introductions, as well as market communication plans
• Serve as Functional/Business Unit Project Manager for SFDC CPQ software implementation, execution, ongoing management, and backup administration

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working in a technical, business-to-business (B2B) environment
• Experience working with SFDC systems and computer software such as Google Suite and/or MS Office (SFDC CPQ experience preferred)
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and facilitation skills to generate support and excitement across informal, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Strong analytical, strategic, financial, business insight, and communication skills with a consistent track record of results
• Proven project management, critical thinking skills, and sales/marketing focus experience
• Sales and/or Marketing focus experience
• Experience working with SFDC CPQ system
