Volvo Cars is a leading automotive manufacturer, and they are seeking an Associate Product Manager to enhance their digital experience. The role focuses on empowering market managers and dealers by streamlining the delivery of business insights and improving retailer tools for better decision-making.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize data from various business areas (aftersales, sales, marketing, digital, finance, )
- Design, develop, and maintain retailer tools and reporting formats that deliver actionable insights in a clean, simplified, and user-friendly manner
- Work closely with market managers to understand their information needs and continuously improve the tools and reports based on feedback
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and relevance in all field reports and dashboards
- Train and support dealers and field teams in utilizing retailer tools effectively to drive business performance
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to reduce manual reporting and enhance efficiency
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep Volvo’s retailer tools at the forefront of innovation

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable formats
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience in retail operations, field team support, or business analytics preferred
