The Associate Product Marketing Manager, Growth will shape member communications and re-engagement strategies by partnering with product, design, engineering, and data teams to test messaging, notifications, and recommendations. The role focuses on analyzing results, refining content, and supporting feature launches and engagement initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Help plan and execute messaging and notification experiments that improve how members discover and engage with the platform
- Write, test, and iterate on subject lines, copy, and creative to improve engagement and drive measurable results
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support the rollout of new features from planning through launch
- Analyze experiment results and member feedback, and translate findings into clear recommendations for future iterations and features
- Support the development of messaging strategies tailored to different member segments and geographies
- Help maintain reporting and documentation to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with legal, design, and localization partners to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for different audiences
What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or a related role
- Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure results
- Strong writing skills with an eye for clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging
- Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to interpret results and identify trends
- Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across teams and disciplines
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about what drives member behavior
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
