Associate Product Specialist

Panasonic is a consumer electronics company seeking an Associate Product Specialist to support product management, sales, marketing, and promotional activities. The role focuses on analyzing point-of-sale and market data, maintaining product information, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating administrative processes, and supporting events and account meetings.

What you'll do:

• Assist updating promotional roadmap
• Follow guidelines to update promotion cost simulation
• Review weekly POS performance and report findings of exception vs forecast
• Coordinate updating necessary basic product set up information – coordination with Japan Business Unit (BU)
• Track competitive product launch and campaign to report findings to PM
• Maintain the product specification and product transition chart, including model details, timing, and status
• Demonstrate knowledge of technical product details
• Ability to demonstrate product functions and features
• Assist collaboration with sales team closely to understand the sales forecast and accounts situation and support
• Analyze latest POS trend vs sales forecast
• Assist preparing power point presentation to be reported in monthly meeting
• Access to POS data system to generate weekly report

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Advanced MS office skills, Excel and PowerPoint are required
