Associate Project Manager

Qualus is a power solutions firm serving the power infrastructure industry. The Associate Project Manager assists in managing electric utility projects, coordinating engineering, design, permitting, procurement, construction, schedules, budgets, contracts, and project documentation. The role also independently manages smaller projects through the full project lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Assist with overhead project management on the project including, but not limited to management of schedule, budget, outage coordination, contract administration. 0-2 years experience
• Hybrid position – Will require candidate in office 3 to 5 days per week
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and laws
• Manage the development and evaluation process for bid documents related to engineering, design, and construction
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment for project execution
• Ensure thorough documentation and completion of all project phases
• Independently manage smaller projects, demonstrating proficiency in the full Project Lifecycle and project controls requirements
