Associate Project Manager, Consumer Platform & Services

Arcadian Consulting is partnering with Sony Pictures Entertainment to hire an Associate Project Manager for its Consumer Platform & Services organization. The role coordinates projects and vendor engineering teams, tracks deliverables and milestones, manages risks and dependencies, facilitates Agile processes, and maintains clear project communication and documentation across consumer-facing digital platforms.

What you'll do:

• Support the day-to-day coordination and execution of projects across Consumer Platform & Services
• Work closely with Product and vendor engineering teams to track project activities, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and next steps
• Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and supporting documentation
• Monitor project progress and proactively follow up with team members to help keep work moving forward
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders when needed
• Help ensure project owners have clear responsibilities, timelines, and expectations
• Support projects from initial planning through implementation and ongoing feature enhancements
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization
• Serve as a key project management contact for external vendor engineering teams
• Coordinate regularly with vendor teams to track deliverables, priorities, dependencies, risks, and project status
• Facilitate communication between Product teams and vendor engineering teams
• Follow up on outstanding actions and ensure commitments, decisions, and next steps are clearly documented

What they're looking for:

• Experience in project coordination, project management, program coordination, operations, or a related role
• Experience working with external vendors, contractors, or third-party delivery teams
• Experience supporting operational or project-based work in a structured environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
• Proactive approach to following up on deliverables, action items, and project dependencies
• Ability to identify blockers and confidently escalate issues when needed
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate project documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively across Product, vendor, and project teams
• Willingness to learn and grow within the project management discipline
• Experience supporting technology or software development projects
