About this role
Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support residential construction projects. The role assists with project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, quality control, site visits, and field operations from property acquisition through completion in the Savannah and Charleston areas.
What you'll do:
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential renovation projects from planning through completion
- Support pre-purchase property inspections and scope development
- Assist with scheduling contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to maintain project timelines
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers
- Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and job files
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed
- Conduct routine site visits to document project progress
- Monitor project milestones and escalate scheduling or budget concerns to the Project Manager
- Support permit, inspection, and compliance activities as needed
- Help ensure job sites remain organized and compliant with company safety expectations
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned

- Must be local in the Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC areas for the role as property locations are in both areas
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel between job sites within the market

- 1–3 years of experience in construction, residential renovations, project coordination, construction administration, estimating, or a related field preferred
