Associate Recruiter

Atmosphere is a streaming TV platform built for businesses and their customers. The Associate Recruiter will support the full hiring lifecycle by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screens, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Manage interview scheduling and calendar coordination between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience at every stage of the process
• Collaborate with HR to maintain a compliant, efficient hiring process through our ATS
• Assist with extending offers and preparing offer communications
• Track candidate pipeline status and communicate updates to hiring managers and senior recruiters
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit and pitch Atmosphere’s mission, culture, and opportunities
• Proactively source passive candidates on LinkedIn and other channels, and help find compelling ways to engage prospective talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support open searches across the business
• Support ad hoc recruiting and recruiting operations projects as needed

What they're looking for:

• 1–2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or related HR/talent acquisition experience; internship experience considered
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent Atmosphere professionally to candidates
• Comfort using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive talent
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidates simultaneously
• Eagerness to learn full-cycle recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Availability to be in-office 4-5 days a week is required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
