Associate Recruiter

Capital Technology Group provides consulting services in software development, digital transformation, human-centered design, data analytics and visualization, and cybersecurity. The Associate Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment, candidate screening and interviewing, job description development, pipeline management, outreach campaigns, and a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles from application review to onboarding
• Screen and interview candidates for technical fit, culture alignment, and other requirements of the specific role
• Build strong, genuine relationships with candidates by understanding their goals, experience, and career aspirations, and serving as a trusted point of contact throughout the hiring process
• Write clear, compliant job descriptions aligned with contract requirements
• Maintain and manage candidate pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System
• Support social media and outreach campaigns to attract top talent
• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Priority given to candidates located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area
• Experience using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools
• Background in technical recruiting
