Associate Recruiter - Juno Beach, FL

NextEra Energy is one of America’s largest wholesale electricity generators, and they are seeking an Associate Recruiter to manage large-scale recruitment efforts. The role involves supporting full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Supports full-cycle recruitment for entry-level roles under guidance
• Assists hiring managers by coordinating interviews and communicating basic role requirements
• Sources candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and employee referrals
• Conducts initial candidate screening and schedules interviews
• Maintains accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensures candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience
• Sources talent broadly and supports hiring practices that ensure a diverse and productive workforce
• Posts jobs and assists with employer branding on social platforms
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
