Associate Recruiting Intern

Latham & Watkins is a leading global law firm advising businesses and institutions that drive the global economy. The Associate Recruiting Intern will support firm-wide law school and associate hiring programs through strategic planning, recruiting events, budget management, staffing and evaluation, and interview program coordination.

What you'll do:

• Preparing lawyers for virtual interviews and career fairs
• Reviewing applicant resumes and transcripts
• Assisting with arrangements for virtual interviews of candidates
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

What they're looking for:

• We are currently seeking bright, enthusiastic college students to join our Associate Recruiting Department in our Silicon Valley or San Francisco office
• Exhibit well-developed and professional interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
• Demonstrate a customer service orientation
• Possess well-developed Microsoft Office skills
• Display the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Currently an enrolled student
• Interns must be able to start employment on Monday, December 14, 2026 and be available to work through to Friday, February 26, 2027. Please note that this position is part time a minimum of 20 hours a week with the option for remote work to accommodate differing school schedules
