About this role
Advaita Health is committed to delivering accessible behavioral healthcare through integrated clinical, operational, and technology services. The Associate Software Engineer will develop and support integrations, cloud applications, data and analytics solutions, web tools, automation, and practical AI capabilities while collaborating with technical and business teams.
What you'll do:
- Developing and supporting software integrations between internal systems, external platforms, and APIs
- Configuring and deploying solutions in Microsoft Azure, with potential exposure to AWS
- Developing cloud-based applications, services, automation, and data processing solutions
- Working with databases, including data modeling, transformation, aggregation, and reporting
- Building dashboards, reports, and analytics using Microsoft Power BI
- Developing and maintaining web-based applications and internal tools
- Exploring and deploying practical AI and generative AI solutions, including integrating AI capabilities into existing business processes and applications
- Creating and deploying CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation
- Troubleshooting technical problems across applications, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and data
- Evaluating new technologies and quickly developing enough expertise to put them into practical use
- Working directly with technical and business team members to understand problems and develop solutions
What they're looking for:
- Strong foundational understanding of software development concepts and modern technology
- Experience with a programming language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java
- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, APIs, and web technologies
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts; Azure or AWS exposure preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar technical discipline preferred
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or other BI/reporting tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure automation
- Coursework or personal projects involving AI or generative AI
- Internship or academic project experience with a cloud platform (Azure or AWS)
