Associate Software Engineer-Hire-to-Train Program (Pega)

Accenture Federal Services is a technology company serving the US federal government and its defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health missions. The Associate Software Engineer will complete hands-on Pega training and then design, develop, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain Pega applications for government clients.

What you'll do:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that solve big problems
• Customize and configure Pega solutions to fit unique business needs
• Integrate Pega systems with other technologies for seamless workflows
• Troubleshoot issues and keep applications running smoothly
• Follow coding standards and best practices to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Systems required
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a desire to learn
• Must be onsite in DC 4 days a week
• Must hold Top Secret Clearance
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
