Associate Sourcing Recruiter-2

CDW is a technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare organizations. The Associate Sourcing Recruiter supports Talent Acquisition by sourcing and researching candidates, conducting market research, maintaining candidate data, and assisting with outreach and pipeline development under the guidance of senior recruiting team members.

What you'll do:

• Sourcing Execution & Candidate Identification
• Execute sourcing activities using defined sourcing plans and guidance
• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and databases
• Review resumes against defined role requirements
• Support candidate outreach using approved messaging
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and CRM systems Talent Research & Market Support
• Conduct talent research to identify target companies and skill profiles
• Assist with market mapping and pipeline development
• Prepare candidate research summaries and talent lists
• Track sourcing activity to support reporting and visibility Collaboration & Process Support
• Partner with Recruiters and Talent Sourcing team to align sourcing efforts Participate in intake and calibration discussions
• Follow established sourcing processes and governance standards

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or TA support roles
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools including LinkedIn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or equivalent experience preferred
• Exposure to corporate or agency recruiting environments
• Experience supporting multiple roles simultaneously
• Familiarity with diversity sourcing practices
