Associate Technical Recruiter - Product

Atoms builds Physical AI and real-world robots for industries including food, mining, and transport. The Associate Technical Recruiter - Product will own full-cycle recruiting for U.S. technology roles, develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions, manage candidate pipelines and stakeholders, and lead closing conversations.

What you'll do:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US
• Run sharp intake sessions and hold hiring managers to a clear process
• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles — infra, ML, platform, senior IC
• Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations
• Keep things moving even when priorities shift
