Associate, Warehouse Operative

ASSOCIATE, PICKER/PACKER

The Pickers and packers are responsible for order accuracy and product quality, as well as packing the order for safe shipment and delivery of undamaged product to the customer. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a pleasant personality; effective memory skills; good hand eye coordination; dependability, ability to follow directions, and a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Identify primary duties and responsibilities for the position
• Fulfill orders as they are received by using the RF scan gun
• Pick product from designated location
• Pack orders in boxes for shipment
• Verify all products and quantities are correct on fulfilled orders

 Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work a flexible schedule: 6AM start time Saturday-Tuesday (12 hours on Monday and Tuesday and 10 hours Wednesday-Friday)
• Minimum 1 year experience picking/packing in a distribution environment
• Minimum 1 year experience operating a RF gun
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience working in a production driven environment

Required Experience

• Must be able to read, write and speak english
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift
