Location: Cary NC, Holly Springs, NC and Raleigh, NC
Schedule: 10 hr shifts work 7:00am-5:00pm 4 days per week
What You'll Do
- Evaluate & Treat athletic injuries using evidence-based methods.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Design & implement rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual's needs.
- Serve as a health educator, delivering preventive care advice to patients and the community.
- Document assessments and treatments in compliance with state and Novant protocols.
- Maintain a safe environment, guided by “First Do No Harm” principles.

What We're Looking For:- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited athletic training program, required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: 2 years, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Current AT licensure in appropriate state with the ability to acquire additional state licenses as required prior to first day of employment, required. Successfully pass BOC exam, required. Hold or ability to hold AHA BLS First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification, required. Hold or ability to hold CSCS, PES, BFR, Dry Needling or simlar, preferred.
- Additional Skills Required: Excellent Customer Service, Written and Oral Communication, basic computer application skills, and ability to multitask.
Provide direct patient care, including rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
Perform patient triage and assess symptoms
Work closely with providers during patient visits
Assess and support home exercise programs and ongoing care plans
Educate patients on and coordinate medical equipment needs
Initiate and manage referrals
Assist with scheduling and facilitating follow-up appointments
