Summary:

The Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales student worker will assist the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.

Essential Functions:

• Assisting the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales and Marketing with all facets of the AU Athletics ticket sales and box office operations.

• Participating  in box office operations, customer service, will call, and reconciliations at our ticketed sports of men's and women's basketball, volleyball, and wrestling. 

• Other tasks (as needed) to support the Athletics Marketing and Ticket Sales team, including but not limited to: administrative/office work, PA announcing, and gameday support.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-time.

• 10 hours per week.

Salary Range:

• $18.40 per hour.

Required Education and Experience:

• Student must have an active Federal Work Study (FWS) award.
