Automotive Accounting Clerk

Stokes Automotive Group operates automotive dealerships and is seeking an Automotive Accounting Clerk to support dealership financial operations. The role maintains accurate records, processes vehicle deals and lender payments, manages title updates and warranty cancellations, and assists with month-end close.

What you'll do:

• Support the other accounting clerks /post and process deals new and used car deals
• Sending payments to lenders for vehicle payoff
• Calling lenders for title updates
• Warranty cancellations and submissions
• Assist with month-end close

• Strong attention to detail  and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Professional  dependable and team-oriented
• Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred, if not will train the right candidate
