Automotive Marketing Coordinator

Click Here Digital is seeking an Automotive Account Marketing Coordinator to support client success in its fast-paced automotive account services division. The role assists Account Managers with audits, reporting, KPI monitoring, CRM data management, client meetings, and ongoing digital marketing training.

What you'll do:

• SALES OPTIMIZATION AUDITS- Completing various audits such as:
• Mystery Shops: Submitting test leads to our client to evaluate how we compare to their competitors
• Call Audits: Listening and evaluating the effectiveness of the lead handling process
• CRM Audits: Auditing leads and sales in the CRM to ensure client goals are met
• Merchandising Audits: Analyzing client’s website compare to competitors to make sure client’s website is merchandised well and meeting standards
• Daily CRM Audits: Send daily reports to select clients
• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
• Management of TaskIQ for assigned accounts (Working directly with AM)
• Assist Account Managers with mid and end of month reporting as needed
• Weekly monitoring of client KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rate, impression share, etc
• Export sales data from client CRM and accurately enter into the client portal
• Attend client meetings with Account Manager

What they're looking for:

• Bachelors of Science in Digital Advertising, Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Mass Communications or relevant experience
• At least 1 year of Digital Marketing experience with an understanding of digital channels (SEO, SEM, Social, Programmatic, CTV, etc)
• Experience analyzing and summarizing data
• Organized with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
